When I was living in London, there was a supermarket Tesco near my home. And I found sushi 寿司.
"SALMON, PRAWN & MACKEREL SUSHI"
I was curious. Is taste good? As a Japanese, gotta try this.
... Mogu-mogu もぐもぐ (onomatopeia for eating, chewing).

I guess I don't need to mention about the taste. I just want to forget it, or I just want to remember it as I tried something new and didn't go well, like learning piano as adult.
But the wasabi わさび, was fine. It was edible.
One thing occurs me is that wasabi name on package was written in Japanese, I thought maybe some people fear eating it as they don't know what it is.
Wasabi is very important for sushi. Not only it's important as antibacterial effects on raw fish and removing the smell of it, but it just tastes so well with raw fish and soy sauce. As a Japanese, wasabi is essential spice for sushi. If without wasabi, it feels something is off. It's my opinion, but I believe many Japanese people agree with this.
Let's start putting wasabi on sushi! (but maybe too strong for kids)
